A dedicated FEBIP symposium on "Focused electron beam induced processing (FEBID + FEBIE) will be held at the EuroCVD 20, the 20th Biennial European Conference on Chemical Vapor Deposition. The mini symposium is coorganized by Patrik Hoffmann and is supported by the COST action CELINA. This Conference will be held in Sempach, Switzerland from July 13-17, 2015. EuroCVD 20

A special symposium on “Electron-Molecule Collisions and Swarms” at the POSMOL 2015 will also cover fundamental topics of FEBIP. The 18th International Workshop on Low-Energy Positron and Positronium Physics will be held together with the 19th International Symposium on Electron-Molecule Collisions and Swarms in Lisboa, Portugal from 17-20 July, 2015. A satellite meeting on “Application of novel precursors in the FEBID process” and further FEBIP sessions are planned at the MNE 2015. Kees Hagen and Hans Mulders are coorganizers of this conference. This 41st conference on micro and nanoengineering will be held at  The Hague, Netherlands from September 21-24, 2015 Link

Further FEBIP activities in 2015 have been initiated by the European COST action "Chemistry for Electron-Induced Nanofabrication" (CELINA) . Further information on the work going on in CELINA can be found from this link

FEBIP was the main topic of the second meeting of COST Action CELINA. CELINA is an European COST Action (CM1301) that coordinates research activities on the electron-induced chemistry of volatile precursor molecules. This second annual meeting was jointly held with the third Meetings of Working Groups 1, 2, and 3 of CELINA. This 2nd meeting of COST CELINA was held in Bratislava, Slovakia from May 6-9, 2015. Link

A dedicated FEBIP mini symposium "Nanomaterials I: Nanofabrication using focused electrons and ions beams" was held at Condensed Matter (CMD25) in Paris, Aug 24 - 29, 2014. Jose Maria DeTeresa was hosting this symposium which took place at the Universite Paris Descart Link

A dedicated session on FEBIP was held in 39th International Conference on Micro and Nano Engineering (MNE), London from September 16 - 19, 2013. (MNE2013 Website)
